Families, organizations, businesses and other groups can honor women living with cancer, celebrate the memory of those who have succumbed to the disease and help increase awareness of cancer risk factors and screenings by gathering 10 or more individuals to walk together for a most worthy cause.

You can promote your company’s support of the Walk by sponsoring a Team. Encourage employees - their families and friends to walk under your organizations banner enhancing your company’s visibility and the commitment of your employees to eradicating cancer. Working toward a cancer-free future takes teamwork!

Teams provide the opportunity to celebrate life and make a difference in the fight against cancer with those who share your passion. Teams build employee morale, and boost the sense of affiliation and camaraderie for any organization or group of friends and family.

Team Guidelines

10 or more participants may register under a team name – each team is to name a captain. When registering as part of a team, make certain that you put the name of your team on the designated spot of the Registration Form.

Two awards will be given to teams on Walk day:
1. Largest family and friends team
2. Largest business team

New Entry: Youngest Advocates for Women's Cancer - a group of more than 30 1st graders and their families - who said they wanted to support the Walk "so that they would take good care of themselves when they got big!"
